Ms. Smith works at the Davidson Institute for Talent Development and runs the ambassador program. She works with students and guides them to create projects to positively impact communities. She is our main advisor and huge supporter of the women in STEM cause.

Pradeep Kumar

Mr. Kumar is a senior executive at Prodapt. In this role, he leads engineering teams of several hundred engineers and IT professionals who serve Prodapt’s customers. Today, Prodapt’s customers help 1.08 billion people and 5.4 billion devices stay connected. Pradeep is a Computer Science graduate from the College of Engineering, Guindy at Anna University, India. He is a STEM enthusiast, and believes that we need more women in technology to keep up with the unmet demand in the fast growing technology fields.

Bhanumathy Cunnigaiper

Dr. Bhanumathy Cunnigaiper has a Ph.D in Neurochemistry and is working as a research scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. She is passionate about giving back to the community and chose to do research in the field of healthcare innovations.  She loves to do hands on work in the laboratory and has done work in the field of monoclonal antibodies and cell and gene therapy to find cure for rare diseases and help mankind.  Her research has led to findings which have been published in journals and helped the pharmaceutical industry in the manufacture of promising drug candidates for several pathological conditions.
